Background: Assist volunteers in understanding the practical application of AI tools in social media content creation for museum and volunteer-related communication, develop skills in creating engaging Cantonese-centric content efficiently using AI-powered tools, and apply AI-driven strategies and workflows to produce ready-to-post social media content that enhances public engagement and outreach.

-         Introduction to AI Applications in Museum and Volunteer Social Media Communication

-         Effective Prompt Writing and AI-assisted Copywriting for Social Media Platforms

-         Creating Cantonese-centric Social Media Content, Captions and Hashtags with AI

-         AI Image Generation and Editing Techniques for Museum and Event Content

-         AI-powered Short-form Video Creation and Social Media Content Workflow

*The training will be conducted in Cantonese.

Date: 4 July 2026 (Saturday) 


Time: 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

Location: Lecture Hall, B/F, Hong Kong Museum of Art

No. of volunteers (Max. Capacity): 150 volunteers 

Requirement: 

-         Interested in learning AI tools and social media content creation skills

-         Interested in enhancing digital communication skills and participating in related volunteer services

Speaker: Dicson Aicardi Jiang, Founder and instructor of DAJA Academy & AI Solutions Incorporation Limited


Registration: Please submit the completed online registration form by 12:00 nn on 29 May 2026 (Friday). Any late submission will not be considered.

Notes: If the number of applications received exceeds the quota, the MVS Secretariat will draw lots to select the participants. The successful applicants will be notified of the result by e-mail on or before 24 June 2026 (Wednesday).  The unsuccessful applicants will also be notified by email separately. Activities are subject to change, please refer to the Secretariat’s announcements as final.
