Background: Cubelets™ is a set of colourful cubical blocks, each equipped with an ability to ‘sense’, ‘think’ or ‘act’ – the essential functions of a robot. The blocks are magnetically connected, so the participants can easily put them together or pull apart to construct robots of various shapes.

-        To assist in counting robot cubes

Time: 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. (including a briefing)  

Location: 

V-Learning Room, G/F, Hong Kong Science Museum

(2 Science Museum Road, Tsim Sha Tsui East, Kowloon, Hong Kong)

No. of volunteers required: 1 person

Requirement:    

-         Experience in serving as a volunteer for the Hong Kong Science Museum is preferred

-         Fluent in Cantonese and able to communicate in English is preferred

-         Polite and has good communication skills as well as good customer service manner

-         Form 5 or above

Registration: Please submit the completed online registration form by 12:00 nn on 21 November 2025 (Friday).

Notes: If the number of applications received exceeds the quota, the MVS Secretariat will draw lots to select the participants. The successful applicants will be notified of the result by e-mail on or before 7 January 2026 (Wednesday).  The unsuccessful applicants will also be notified by email separately. Activities are subject to change, please refer to the Secretariat’s announcements as final.
