Background: The Hong Kong Science Museum is launching a series of educational activities, to introduce the ancient science and historical culture. By engaging in the traditional architectural craftsmanship and hands-on experience, participants will have the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of the wisdom of our ancestors. The Science Museum is now inviting Museum Volunteers to assist in conducting "Science Bar".

- To assist participants in disassembling the mortise and tenon structure / Luban lock (wooden puzzle) - To provide customer service and assist in crowd control |
Date: 28 June 2025 (Saturday)
Time: 12:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. (Briefing session: 12:30 p.m. - 1:30 p.m. )

Requirement:
- Fluent in Cantonese and able to communicate in simple Putonghua and English preferred
- Polite with good interpersonal and communication skills and customer service manner

Form 5 or above (Priority will be given to those who
have qualifications or experience in science)
Registration: Please submit the completed online registration form by 12:00 nn on 3 April 2025 (Thursday).
Notes: If the number of applications received exceeds the quota, the MVS Secretariat will draw lots to select the participants. The successful applicants will be notified of the result by e-mail on or before 9 May 2025 (Friday). The unsuccessful applicants will also be notified by email separately. Activities are subject to change, please refer to the Secretariat’s announcements as final.
