Background: The Hong Kong Space Museum is introducing a summer astronomy class designed for children aged 6-8. Through engaging animations and interactive workshop, young learners can explore the wonders of our planet Earth in a fun and captivating way.

- To assist the registration
- To take care of the participants aged 6-8 and maintain order in the activity
- To assist and facilitate the instructor to conduct the workshop
- To assist the dismissal
- To assist in clean up after the activity

(Content of both sessions will be identical)
Time:
10:00 am - 12:30 pm (Including
half hour briefing and preparation time; activity time: 10:30 am – 12 nn)
| Location: Space Theatre and Lecture Hall, Hong Kong Space Museum (10 Salisbury Road, Tsim Sha Tsui) No. of volunteers required: 4 persons for each session |
Requirement:
- Fluent in spoken Cantonese and has good interpretive skill
- Polite and has good interpersonal and communication skills as well as good customer service manner
- Required to attend the briefing and preparation session to familarise with the service details
Registration: Please submit the completed online registration form by 12:00 nn on 4 August 2025 (Monday).
Notes: If the number of applications received exceeds the quota, the MVS Secretariat will draw lots to select the participants. The successful applicants will be notified of the result by e-mail on or before 11 August 2025 (Monday). The unsuccessful applicants will also be notified by email separately. Activities are subject to change, please refer to the Secretariat’s announcements as final.
