Background: Interactive Zone introducing the history and culture of the Qin and Han dynasties will be set up on 1/F at the Hong Kong Museum of History.
Details:
- To manage the workshops at the Interactive Zone;
- To manage the crowd control and provide customer services at the Interactive Zone;
- To assist visitors in using their personal devices to scan QR codes for accessing AR applications.; and
- To assist in checking whether the multimedia programs within the area are functioning properly.
Date: 1 May to 30 June 2025 (Every Monday, Wednesday to Sunday)
Time:
- Morning session: 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
- Afternoon session: 2:30 p.m. – 5:30p.m.

Location: Hong Kong Museum of History (100 Chatham Road South, Tsim Sha Tsui) - Guided Tour Service Counter on 1/F Lobby - Interactive Zone on 1/F Lobby No. of volunteers required: 1 person per session |
Requirement:
- Fluent in spoken Cantonese and able to communicate with visitors in simple Putonghua and English
- Polite and has good interpersonal and communication skills as well as good customer service manner

Registration: Please submit the completed online registration form by 12:00 nn on 3 April 2025 (Thursday).
Notes: If the number of applications received exceeds the quota, the MVS Secretariat will draw lots to select the participants. The successful applicants will be notified of the result by e-mail on or before 17 April 2025 (Thursday). The unsuccessful applicants will also be notified by email separately. Activities are subject to change, please refer to the Secretariat’s announcements as final.
