Background: In this special weekend, you may join our treasure hunt game “Cosmic Voyage” while visiting exhibition halls. By following the hints on the treasure map, you can find the answers in exhibition halls, and learn more about cosmos and space science. Don’t forget to redeem a souvenir after completion!

- To prepare the treasure hunt activities - To facilitate the participants to find the answers in exhibition halls - To assist in distributing souvenirs to participants who completed the activities - To assist in maintaining order in the activity. The participants may queue adjacent the Museum if there are many visitors. In such case, the volunteers may work in outdoor area.

Date: 2 November 2024 (Saturday) & 3 November 2024 (Sunday)
Time: 10:15 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. (Including 45 minutes briefing time, 30 minutes clean up time and 1-hour lunch time in rotation; activity time: 11:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.)

Location: Exhibition Halls, Hong Kong Space Museum (10 Salisbury Road, Tsim Sha Tsui) No. of volunteers required: 8 persons |
Requirement:
- Fluent in spoken Cantonese and able to communicate with visitors in simple Putonghua and English preferred
- Polite and has good interpersonal and communication skills as well as good customer service manner
- Form 5 or above
- Priority will be given for whom have experience in astronomy education; or providing services in Hong Kong Space Museum or Hong Kong Science Museum

Registration: Please submit the completed online registration form by 23:59 pm on 1 October 2024 (Tuesday).
Notes: If the number of applications received exceeds the quota, the MVS Secretariat will draw lots to select the participants. The successful applicants will be notified of the result by e-mail on or before 21 October 2024 (Monday). The unsuccessful applicants will also be notified by email separately. Activities are subject to change, please refer to the Secretariat’s announcements as final.
