Background: The Museum invites volunteers to assist in the gallery operation and crowd management tasks in the “Live: Hong Kong Art Exhibition” to facilitate visitor experience and help visitors to view the exhibits smoothly.

Date: 1 July 2026 to 30 September 2026 (except non-PH Thursdays)
Time:
- 1st session: 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
- 2nd
session: 2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Location: Hong Kong Art Gallery, 2/F & The Wing (Lower), G/F, Hong Kong Museum of Art (10 Salisbury Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon Hong Kong) No. of volunteers required: 4 persons per session |
Requirement:
- Fluent in spoken Cantonese and able to communicate with visitors in simple Putonghua and English - Interest in contemporary art and new media art is preferred - Polite and has good interpersonal and communication skills as well as good customer service manner - Form 5 or above (experience in art education is preferred)

sent to successful applicants via email later |
Registration: Please submit the completed online registration form by 12:00 nn on 29 May 2026 (Friday).
Notes: If the number of applications received exceeds the quota, the MVS Secretariat will draw lots to select the participants. The successful applicants will be notified of the result by e-mail on or before 17 June 2026 (Wednesday). The unsuccessful applicants will also be notified by email separately. Activities are subject to change, please refer to the Secretariat’s announcements as final.
