Background: To familiarize the public with collections of the museum and to enhance the understanding and interest of both the public and tourists in the museum, a special programme will be presented.

- To help introduce the stories behind exhibits and ensure the installations operate properly
- To manage the crowd control

- Morning session: 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
- Afternoon session: 1:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.

No. of volunteers required: - 4 persons for morning session - 4 persons for afternoon session |
Requirement:

- Fluent in spoken Cantonese and able to communicate with visitors in simple Putonghua and English - Polite and has good interpersonal and communication skills as well as good customer service manner - Form 5 or above |
Registration: Please submit the completed online registration form by 12:00 nn on 14 January 2026 (Wednesday).
Notes: If the number of applications received exceeds the quota, the MVS Secretariat will draw lots to select the participants. The successful applicants will be notified of the result by e-mail on or before 16 January 2026 (Friday). The unsuccessful applicants will also be notified by email separately. Activities are subject to change, please refer to the Secretariat’s announcements as final.
