The 11th edition of Muse Fest HK 2025 is set to commemorate the rich cultural heritage of Hong Kong through the theme of “Museum Anniversary.” The event not only celebrates 6 museums under the Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD): Hong Kong Railway Museum, Hong Kong Space Museum, Hong Kong Heritage Museum, Hong Kong Museum of History, the Discovery of the Lei Cheng Uk Han Tomb and Hong Kong Museum of the War of Resistance and Coastal Defence. We will also take you on a journey to explore all LCSD museums and experience the unique and diverse cultural connotations of Hong Kong concealed within the city. During Muse Fest HK 2025, visitors can expect a variety of fun days, interactive activities, workshops, film shows and exhibitions across these museums, fostering a deeper appreciation for Hong Kong’s history and culture. - To assist in promoting Muse Fest to visitors; distributing leaflets, souvenirs and questionnaires - Providing onsite support, e.g. help and lead workshops, crowd control, monitoring and reception (Full- day event will take place at outdoor area) - Volunteers are welcome to promote Museum Festival on their own online platform (optional) |
Date: 1 and 2 November 2025 (Saturday and Sunday)
Time: 11:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (Including 1-hour meal break in rotation)
| Location: Piazza C of Hong Kong Cultural Centre No. of volunteers required: 40 persons each day |
Requirement:
- Fluent in spoken Cantonese/Putonghua/English
- Able to work outdoor for a prolonged period
- Polite and has good interpersonal and communication skills as well as good customer service manner
- Form 5 or above

*All successful applicants are required to attend the briefing as in the following time to learn more about the service details.

| Location: Lecture Hall, B/F, Hong Kong Museum of Art (10 Salisbury Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong) Details: Staff will
introduce the flow of the event and explain the volunteers’ duties. |
Registration: Please submit the completed online registration form by 12:00 nn on 26 August 2025 (Tuesday).
Notes: If the number of applications received exceeds the quota, the MVS Secretariat will draw lots to select the participants. The successful applicants will be notified of the result by e-mail on or before 22 October 2025 (Wednesday). The unsuccessful applicants will also be notified by email separately. Activities are subject to change, please refer to the Secretariat’s announcements as final.
