Background and details: LCSD Museums value the feedback from different stakeholders in order to optimize museum services. Volunteers are invited to be the mystery visitors at our museums to conduct visitor experience assessment.
Volunteers shall observe and experience through a customer journey, and share your opinions. After your visit, please provide detailed feedback through questionnaire.
Date: 1 October to 30 November 2025
Time: Anytime during museums’ opening hours.

- 1x Group 3 Museum

#Dr Sun Yat-sen Museum was
closed temporarily from 1 May, 2024 for upgrading the permanent exhibition
galleries to enhance the design and presentation, as well as for maintenance
and renovation works. No. of volunteers required: Group 1 museum: 3 per week Group 2 museum: 2 per week Group 3 museum: 1 per week |
Requirement:
- Interested in museum activities
- Form 5 or above
Registration: Please submit the completed online registration form by 12:00 nn on 26 August 2025 (Tuesday).
Notes: If the number of applications received exceeds the quota, the MVS Secretariat will draw lots to select the participants. The successful applicants will be notified of the result by e-mail on or before 17 September 2025 (Wednesday). The unsuccessful applicants will also be notified by email separately. Activities are subject to change, please refer to the Secretariat’s announcements as final.
