Background: Conservation Office and Records and Heritage Office of Tung Wah Group of Hospitals are going to jointly organize TWGHs Student Conservation Ambassador Programme. With the theme of metal conservation, students could learn the knowledge and techniques on treatment and preservation of metal artifacts.

Details:

-             To guide and assist visitors in conduct conservation treatment and preservation properly

-             To assist preparation of the venue

-             To provide customer service to participants, answer enquiries and assist in leading them to various venues

Date: 28 July 2025 (Monday) to 1 August 2025 (Friday)

Time: 9:45 a.m. – 5:15 p.m. (around 7.5 hours, including briefing and lunch break)

Requirement:  

-         Fluent in Cantonese

-         Polite and possesses good interpersonal and communication skills, as well as good customer service manner

-         Experience in serving as a volunteer for the Conservation Office is preferred

-         Each volunteer is required to attend all 5 days of service

*briefing of service will be conducted on site

Registration: Please submit the completed online registration form by 12:00 nn on 30 May 2025 (Friday).

Notes: If the number of applications received exceeds the quota, the MVS Secretariat will draw lots to select the participants. The successful applicants will be notified of the result by e-mail on or before 9​ July 2025 (Wednesday).  The unsuccessful applicants will also be notified by email separately. Activities are subject to change, please refer to the Secretariat’s announcements as final.
