[Registration closed](MVS20250128) Museum Summit 2025 Evening Programme

Background:  Museum Summit 2025: Visit to Hong Kong Museum of Art will be held on 28 March 2025, 6pm. It is going to invite the museum volunteers to provide quality customer service to the VIPs to enhance their visiting experience in this event.

Details:

-         To assist in receiving VIPs, providing support to group registration, admission and guided tour services

-         To instruct the VIPs to use venue facilities, e.g. elevators and washrooms

-         To assist in special functions/activities

-         To assist in manning of the registration counter

-         To handle enquiries by VIPs

-         To assist in the management of the guided tour devices

-         To assist in setting up and dismantling of notice stands, or other equipment required for house management

Date: 28 March 2025 (Friday)

Time: 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. (Briefing will be conducted on the service day based on operational arrangements.)

Requirement: 

-         Interested in HKMoA

-         Knowledge in arts and culture

-         Experienced in customer service, preferably in museums, visitor centres, heritage sites, exhibition venues, etc.

-         Good communication skills and pleasant personality

-         Fluent Cantonese, English and Putonghua

-         Knowledge in other foreign languages is an advantage

Registration: Please submit the completed online registration form by 12:00 nn on 27 January 2025 (Monday).

Notes: If the number of applications received exceeds the quota, the MVS Secretariat will draw lots to select the participants. The successful applicants will be notified of the result by e-mail on or before 6 March 2025 (Thursday).  The unsuccessful applicants will also be notified by email separately. Activities are subject to change, please refer to the Secretariat’s announcements as final.
