Background: The Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD) of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China is organising the Museum Summit, in association with the Musée national des arts asiatiques - Guimet on 28-29 March 2025.
For its fourth edition, under the theme “Going Beyond”, the Museum Summit 2025 will bring together international museum professionals and cultural leaders to explore how museums leverage the tourism industry and technological advancements, promote sustainability practices, and cultivate community well-being, while moving beyond the confines of traditional approaches.

Details:
- Provide on-site assistance to participants: Support the operation during registration; packaging and distribution of souvenirs, assist in managing the opening and closing ceremonies; thematic and Q&A sessions; guiding participants, reminding participants to return to the auditorium after breaks; assist in the arrangement of coffee break and lunch; and evening event reception
- Assist in running of the scheduled tours
- Assist in conducting visitor survey

Requirement:
| - Preference will be given to those who could attend all sessions in each Group. - Fluent in spoken Cantonese, Putonghua and English preferred - Polite and has good interpersonal and communication skills as well as good customer service manner - Form 5 or above - Decent presentation - Able to work outdoor for a prolonged period Briefing All successful applicants are required to attend the briefing session to learn more about the service details. Registration: Please submit the completed online registration form by 12:00 nn on 27 January 2025 (Monday).
Notes: If the number of applications received exceeds the quota, the MVS Secretariat will draw lots to select the participants. The successful applicants will be notified of the result by e-mail on or before 20 February 2025 (Thursday). The unsuccessful applicants will also be notified by email separately. Activities are subject to change, please refer to the Secretariat’s announcements as final.
